CAAAPU is funded by Federal and State Government bodies, and is a non-for-profit organisation delivering community development, and rehabilitative services. The organisation is funded through the Office of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, The Department of Health and Ageing, and Aboriginal Hostels Limited.
