CAAAPU has a fully functioning, well set-up and stocked kitchen that provides 3 well balanced meals everyday, run by Robert Harvey, who has been the CAAAPU Chef for the last few years.
All ingredients are sourced through local suppliers utilising the best of what is on special at any given time, making certain that best price and quality is always available. One great asset is the fully stocked garden that is located towards the rear of the property, keeping fresh vegetables on the table, and a sense of contribution from the clients towards their own sustainability.

Two days a week, a fully cooked breakfast accompanies the continental style that is normally provided, followed by a cooked lunch and dinner. Robert also caters to the CAAAPU Board for their monthly board meeting
